The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Visual inspection of diesel piping within dispensers <br />b. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the UDC sumps <br />c. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system inside the satellite UDCs <br />must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the <br />requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety <br />Code. <br />d. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater (any air testing must use inert gas). <br />e. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br />there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br />method specified in an industry code or engineering standard (any air testing must <br />use inert gas). <br />f. UDC and piping removal and confirmation soil sampling <br />g. Secondary containment piping pressure test after concrete is poured <br />h. Visual verification of appropriate communication between piping secondary <br />containment and pertinent sensors inside UDCs 1 and 2/3 <br />
