The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. On the "Under Dispenser Containment (UDC) Monitoring," the monitoring plan indicated dispenser shutdown, however, the test results indicate a turbine shutdown. The facility operator corrected the issue on CERS. This was corrected on site. Under "Under Dispenser Containment (UDC) Monitoring," on CERS, the west -most dispenser sensor was indicated to be a VR 208 sensor. This sensor must be indicated on CERS under "Under Dispenser Containment (UDC) Monitoring," in addition to the existing Gilbarco 011 sensors. This is a minor violation. Page 3 of 6
