Owner/Operator: <br />Owner of Gene Gabbard Inc., is Gene Gabbard <br />IV. Background: <br />On 9/26/88 a complaint was received that alleged that <br />employees at Gene Gabbard Lincoln Mercury were disposing of <br />solvents, acid based cleaners, oils, kerosene, gasoline and <br />caustic chemicals into the storm drain in the alley on the <br />east side of the building. In addition they were dumping <br />antifreeze into the bathroom sink. <br />V.
