No further site work has been completed. 10/03/06 Date of CUF letter, Final Division Decision on reconsideration of ineligible costs. The CUF requested return of$83,497. 11/21/06 Date of CUF letter acknowledging receipt of a petition filed on behalf of the site to hear their reasons why the Final Division Decision was improper. 01/03/07 Date of CUF letter acknowledging receipt of a supplement to the petition. 12/28/07 Date of EHD correspondence summarizing outstanding issues at the site which still need resolution, and directing submittal of a work plan by 03/14/08. 01/09/08 Verbal request from Ground Zero on behalf of the responsible party to meet and discuss the site issues. 03/20/08 Meeting held this date at the EHD office. The EHD requested an itemized account of specific costs the CUF is refusing to reimburse; and encouraged the RP to come into compliance with monitoring and sampling requirements and to submit the overdue work plan. 03/31/08 Date of Work Plan for Additional Site Investigation. 04/09/08 Date of EHD correspondence conditionally approving the Work Plan. 05/09/08 Date of CUF Preliminary 5-Year Review Summary Report. The CUF recommended the responsible party comply with the EHD directive to continue quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling and to assess for soil vapor migration into nearby structures. 05/13/08 Date of CUF letter to responsible party stating their petition is under technical review with anticipated action by the end of June 2008.
