Truck deliveries are counted by first taking tank readings in lower bay. Once we establish our starting <br /> inventory,the truck dispenses the ordered oil amount to each respective container.The readings from <br /> the truck are matched to the increased levels of oil inventory. <br /> Personnel training and oil discharge prevention briefings <br /> Training is done on a quarterly basis coinciding with our safety meetings held on site. Each crewmember <br /> is instructed on dealing with and preventing an oil discharge.They are also told what equipment is <br /> available to assist in prevention or minimization of an oil discharge. <br /> Recordkeeping requirements <br /> All invoices concerning oil, other fluids, and used filters, are kept on site in the binder located by the <br /> desk.All personnel training records are stored in the same binder. <br /> Five-year Plan review <br /> This plan is to be reviewed on a 5-year interval or as needed. <br />
