SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) 204. Automotive fluids containing petroleum and solvents were spilled in the trash can outside at the south side of the lube shop. Material Data Safety Sheets on site indicated that these automotive fluids contain petroleum and or solvents. In this trash can the following non-empty containers of automotive fluids were found: 1. A twelve fluid ounce container of Heartland transmission sealer and conditioner. 2. A sixteen fluid ounce container of Heartland engine treatment. 3. A sixteen fluid ounce container of Heartland oil system cleaner. 4. Two twelve fluid ounce containers of Heartland engine sealer. 5. Five one quart containers of Chevron ATF Dexron VI. 6. A two quart container of Heartland universal petroleum power steering fluid. 7. Two eight fluid ounce containers of Heartland premium ATF treatment. In the trash can inside between the west and east bay of the lube shop, the following non-empty containers of automotive fluids were found: 1. A twenty fluid ounce container of Chevron Techron concentrate plus. 2. A sixteen fluid ounce container of Heartland oil system cleaner. In the trash can inside the lube shop next to the front office desk, the following non-empty containers of automotive fluids were found: 1. A one quart containers of Chevron ATF Dexron VI. 2. A sixteen fluid ounce container of Heartland oil system cleaner. Disposal of waste automotive fluids in the trash is considered disposal of a hazardous waste at an unauthorized point. Immediately cease the disposal of automotive fluids into the trash. Correct immediately by properlydisposing of any hazardous waste per Title 22 Hazardous Waste Regulations ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
