We are
a
a good neighbor and a good corporate citizen. We honor federal,
state and local laws. Public Safety and regulatory -compliance is
extremely important to us. "
N
m Unmanned cardlock locations require extra care to insure that we are successful
in achieving our goals. To accomplish this, employees responsible for inspecting
and maintaining sites will do the following:
CO
Daily Monitoring:
I - Immediately upon arriving at the site Valley Pacific personnel shall
N quickly inspect the site for fresh spills and follow the procedures listed
below under Responding to Spills.
N
00
2- Site personnel will next check the site monitor and record the status on the
z
"Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Records" form. Active inventory
alarms will be reported to dispatch. Any system alarms will be recorded
3 and immediately reported to the cardlock manager for appropriate action.
3- Site personnel will then check dispensers for leaks or equipment that is not
working properly. When the dispensers are in use they will check the flow
rate to make sure the filters are not clogged and the leak detectors have not
been activated (slow flow). When outside help is required site personnel
will place an "out of service" cover on the failing device and schedule
repairs with the appropriate repair service.
4- Site personnel will perform the Air Pollution Control District daily
inspection as outlined on the inspection form.
