We will begin as soon as possible with the large
machine powered by a 460 C .I.D . Ford industrial engine capable of hydrocarbon
destruction at a rate of fifty-five pounds per hour. All the experts I have questioned
believe that six months with the big system will be appropriate. At that point the big
system will be consuming an inappropriately large quantity of supplemental natural gas.
We will then replace the large system with a V2C system having a displacement of 110
C .I.D capable of hydrocarbon destruction at a rate of fifteen pounds per hour. This
smaller system will be available for as much time as is necessary to complete the job .
