(AGE) has prepared <br /> this Waste Discharge Permit Application — Addendum & Well Installation Work Plan <br /> Correction Letter for the site located at 2050 East Fremont Street, Stockton , California <br /> (Figure 1 ) . The addendum addresses corrections to the original work plan (dated <br /> 14 November 2014) submitted to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> (CVRWQCB) . In the 14 November 2014 work plan , the number of additional wells <br /> proposed was incorrectly specified in the body of the text, but were properly illustrated <br /> yy on the site plan . AGE has provided a revised work plan with the correct number of wells <br /> below . <br /> a <br /> The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1 . A detailed site plan showing the <br />' locations of the proposed injection wells and shallow and deep monitoring wells is <br /> provided as Figure 2 . <br /> WELL INSTALLATION WORK PLAN <br /> Based on CVRWQCB requirements to procure a waste discharge permit for in-situ <br /> chemical oxidation ( ISCO) injections at the above referenced site , AGE has prepared <br /> this revised work plan detailing the installation of two (2) deep ISCO injection wells , <br /> three (3) shallow groundwater monitoring wells one ( 1 ) deep groundwater monitoring <br /> well .
