Violation #619 — Failed to train personnel on discharge prevention <br />The Port of Stockton has incorporated a robust training schedule that includes training personnel on discharge <br />prevention. Records of training were emailed March 10, 2016 to the EHS Representative for the County of San <br />Joaquin. <br />Violation #621— Failed to schedule and conduct discharge prevention briefings at least annually <br />Training for personnel that handle oil and other hazardous substances has been scheduled and conducted for the <br />previous fiscal year. Training records are kept on site and are available. <br />Violation #711— Failed to perform scheduled tank tests and inspections by appropriately qualified personnel <br />The updated SPCC dated March 20, 2017 has addressed all integrity testing for above ground storage tanks from <br />scheduling to reporting. All inspection reports are maintained at the Port of Stockton Environmental Department <br />and available upon request. <br />Violation #715 — Failed to regularly test liquid level sensing devices to ensure proper operation <br />All liquid level sensing devices for above ground storage tanks have been tested or scheduled to be tested per the <br />updated SPCC dated March 20, 2017. This information is available upon request to the Port of Stockton <br />Environmental Department. <br />Violation #723 — Failed to regularly inspect aboveground valves, piping and appurtenances <br />Inspections of aboveground storage tanks is currently being conducted on a monthly basis. These records are <br />available through the Environmental Department at the Port of Stockton. <br />
