Describe in your SPCC plan the physical layout for the facility and include a facility diagram, which must mark the location and content of each fixed oil storage container and the storage area where mobile or portable containers are located. The facility diagram must also include all transfer stations and connecting pipes, including intra-facility gathering lines. Update your plan to include the required information. 19. SPCC plan did not include a description of the gas compressor lube oil tank and turbine diesel starter day tank. The plan must address the type of oil in each fixed container and its storage capacity. Update your plan to include the required information. 27. SPCC plan did not describe prediction of the direction, rate of flow, and total quantity of oil that could be discharged. Where experience indicates a reasonable potential for equipment failure, include in your plan a prediction of the direction, rate of flow, and total quantity of oil which could be discharged from the facility as a result of each type of major equipment failure. Update your plan to include the required information.
