Initiate monthly sampling and analysis of groundwater from City Well 1 May 2000 <br />12, and analyze groundwater samples for TPHg, benzene, toluene, ethyl � C <br />benzene, total xylenes, ethylene dibromide, 1,2-dichloroethane, M.tBE, b <br />TBA, DIPE, ETRE, TAME, ethanol, and methanol using EPA Method CSL <br />8260B_ pw 4 <br />4. Submit a workplan to define the lateral and vertical extent of petroleum 10 May 2000 <br />hydrocarbons and fuel oxygenates both on and off site. include the <br />following: <br />a. All soil and groundwater samples must be analyzed for fuel <br />oxygenates using EPA Method 8260B <br />b. Install multi-level cluster monitoring wells to serve as a sentinel <br />well between the on-site contamination and City Well 12 <br />5. Submit a complete Problem Assessment Report (PAR) acceptable to the 264ume 20d <br />Board and. County staff, as described in Appendix A of the Tri -Regional <br />Recommendations (enclosed as part of this order). The PAR must <br />include requirements for any discharge pennit(s) required and a time !✓�y <br />line for submittal of Report(s) of Waste Discharge. <br />4 <br />6. Within 15 days of Board staff approval of the Problem Assessment _189h- -x <br />Report, but no later than 31 July 2000, submit a Final Remediation Plan <br />(described in Appendix A) for the cleanup of the soil and groundwater at <br />the site. <br />7. Within 15 days of Board staff approval of the selected. Remedial Option, <br />but no later than 1 September 2000, implernent and continuously ` <br />operate, the approved remediation system, with the exception of, <br />periodic and scheduled maintenance. Any interruption in the operation <br />of the cleanup system(s), other than for scheduled maintenance, without <br />prior approval of the Executive Officer, is a violation of this Order. <br />Reporting and Permits <br />8. Notify the Board and County staff at least two business days prior to any site work or sampling. <br />9. Obtain all necessary local and state permits prior to beginning work. <br />10. Submit all reports and correspondence to the Board's Sacramento Office, the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Division, and all parties (or representatives) identified in this <br />Order. Under penalty of perjury, the technical reports as directed, which shall be submitted to the <br />Executive Officer of the Board, and to the County, must be signed by an appropriately licensed <br />professional (technical reports and plans, including; drilling logs and soil. and groundwater <br />
