The drain pans have <br />been drained into a properly labeled used oil container and cleaned. <br />Item #27 - Failed to keep containers of HW closed except when adding orremoving HW <br />In the maintenance shop, two drain pans were found containing used oil. Neither pans are closed <br />or have lids. The drain pans have been drained into a properly labeled used oil container and <br />cleaned. <br />Item #47 - No Emergency Coordinator <br />Emergency Response Procedures do not designate an individual to be an Emergency <br />Coordinator. The Emergency Response Plan has been updated to include the designation of <br />both Emergency Coordinator and Alternate Emergency Coordinator. A copy of the updated <br />portion of the plan is included with this response. <br />Item #60 - Failed to keep signed copy of manifest for 3 years. <br />Facility is missing a signed copy of manifest #002390498JJK with the TSDF signature. A copy of <br />the TSDF signed manifest is included with this response. <br />Item #61 - Failed to determine status of hazardous waste when manifest copy not received <br />Generator didn't receive copy of manifest with TSDF signature within 45 days of date accepted. <br />A signed copy of the manifest is now in our files - no exception report is necessary. To locate the <br />appropriate documentation, Chevron personnel call the TSDF and request a faxed copy of <br />the specific manifest. If the TSDF cannot locate the manifest, Chevron then contacts the <br />transporter. <br />
