According to the SPCC Plan, all drums are stored Inside the building and are <br />using the building, the oil/water separator, and/or spill pallets for secondary containment These drums are being <br />red outside with no spill pallets Portable oil storage containers must be positioned or located to prevent a <br />:jischarge and shall be furnished with a secondary means of containment sufficient to contain the capacity of the <br />largest single container with sufficient freeboard to contain precipitation Immediately provide sufficient secondary <br />containment for this and all other portable containers at this facility or provide equivalence as allowed by CFR 112 7(a) <br />(2) <br />This is a Class II violation <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the P Irn to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />,documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by April 19, 2015. <br />The SPPC Plan was certified by a professional engineer on August 1, 2012. No record of amendments or, reviews <br />W3S found in the Plan. <br />Please be aware as of January 1. 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) <br />Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) information online to the California Environmental Reporting Systern <br />CERS) at http,//cers.calepa.ca.gov in addition to any other relevant activities and required fields.
