STOCKTON September 11. 2015 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 613 CFR 112.7(e) Failed to conduct inspections or maintain records for 3 years. <br /> Inspection records on site did not include inspections for every week. No weekly inspections were conducted for the <br /> weeks of 3/28/13, 6/13/13, 10/24/13, 11/7/13, and 12/19/13. According to Mr. Schamaun, the person conducting the <br /> inspections may have been off work. The inspection records were not signed by a supervisor. Inspections and testing <br /> shall be conducted on all aboveground liquid petroleum containers larger than 55 gallons, including [LIST UNUSUAL <br /> ASTs] and all 55 gallon drums of oil. Records of these inspections and tests shall be signed by the appropriate <br /> supervisor or inspector and kept on site with the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan for a <br /> period of three years. Immediately begin necessary testing and inspections for all Aboveground Petroleum Storage <br /> Act regulated containers and maintain on site with the SPCC Plan. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by October 11. 2015. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) information online to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at http-.//cers.calepa.ca.gov in addition to any other relevant activities and required fields.
