The AST(AST-7)was inspected <br /> on February 15,2017,by James Montgomery,AST Inspector No.AST-133458,and Jordan Johnson,AST <br /> Inspector No. AST-T10388. Condor performed the inspection in general conformance with Steel Tank <br /> Institute(STI) Standard SP001 5th Edition- September 2011 Formal External Inspection(FEI). <br /> The subject AST-7 is a double-wall steel tank with an integral secondary spill containment interstice. The fabrication date was <br /> undetermined. <br /> • The exterior wall of the tank and ancillary piping was inspected and appeared to be in good <br /> condition. <br /> • Condor did not locate a high-level liquid alarm which would minimize overfill and protect the <br /> structural integrity of the tank;however,the tank was equipped with an adequate liquid level gauge. <br /> • Visual observations of the tank's exterior shell and roof showed no signs of pitting. <br />
