(Geosyntec) is pleased to present this proposal to update the Spill <br /> Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan for the Scotts Miracle-Gro Facility (site) <br /> located in Linden, California. As requested, the update will include a full refresh of the SPCC <br /> Plan, including revisions and r commendations to address the San Joaquin County inspection <br /> report. <br /> Our proposed scope of work, sc edule, and fee are presented below. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Site Visit and Data Gathering <br /> Geosyntec will conduct a site visit of the facility and gather the applicable information for <br /> updating the SPCC Plan, including the following: <br /> • Confirm the provided inventory of petroleum storage, including bulk containers, mobile <br /> containers/oil-filled equpment, and system piping; <br /> • Review method of petroleum container filling, transfer, and emptying; <br /> • Assess petroleum storage practices, including housekeeping, overfill protection, tank <br /> integrity inspections/testing, and secondary containment; <br /> • Assess the employee training program; <br /> • Assess procedures for in and recordkeeping; <br /> • Assess spill prevention d spill response program, procedures, and available supplies; <br /> 181019 Linn SPCC Propsal <br /> engineers I scientists I innovators <br />
