<br /> # 1. We plan on attending the SPCC Plans Class on July 13`h at 600 Main St. Stockton.
<br /> #7. We will do the SPCC plan and post it after the class on July 13`h and send you a copy
<br /> #62. Enclosed in a copy of the letter to the Department of Toxic Substance Control listing our missing
<br /> manifests. Out of the nine manifests that were missing when you did your audit, 4 were found by
<br /> Evergreen Environmental and forward to us, which we now have on record and 5 were listed in the
<br /> letter to DTSC as missing, Evergreen could not find them.
<br /> Please advise any further action required on our part, as we do take the Environment seriously and want
<br /> to comply with our Environmental regulations and laws.
