California Heaiin Care Facility <br /> Corrective Action Plan-Above Ground Petroleum Storage Act <br /> November 12, 2014 <br /> Compliance <br /> Violation Correction <br /> Item# Description Date <br /> Copies of inspection and testing records were not available for <br /> review at the time of inspection. Inspections and tests must be <br /> conducted in accordance wit the written procedures developed <br /> Failed to conduct in the SPCC. Records of these inspections and tests must be <br /> Copies were provided during site visit <br /> 613 inspections or maintain 1/5/2015 signed by the appropriate supervisor or inspector and kept of 10/9/14 <br /> records for 3 years site with the SPCC plan for a period of three years. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all inspection and testing records, maintain <br /> them on site,submit copies to the EHD.This is a Class II <br /> Violation. <br /> It could not be determined if oil-handling personnel were <br /> trained in the contents of the facility's SPCC plan.At a minimum, <br /> oil handling personnel shall be trained in the operation and <br /> maintenance of equipment to prevent discharges;discharge <br /> procedure protocols;applicable pollution control laws, rules, <br /> and regulations;general facility operations; and the contents of <br /> the SPCC.Schedule and conduct discharge prevention briefings <br /> Failed to train personnel on, Training conducted 11/7/2014 please <br /> 614 11/7/2014 for your oil handling personnel at least once a year to assure <br /> discharge prevention see Exhibit 2 <br /> adequate understanding of the SPCC plan for that facility.Such <br /> i <br /> briefings must highlight and describe known discharges or <br /> failures, malfunctioning components, and any recently <br /> developed precautionary measures. Immediately provide this <br /> f7train to all oil handling personnel an submit a copy of the <br /> Tj training log(included in the SPCC plan)to the EHD.This is a class <br /> II violation. <br /> � z <br /> 1 <br />
