California Heatui Care Facility <br /> Corrective Action Plan -Above Ground Petroleum Storage Act <br /> November 12, 2014 <br /> Compliance <br /> Violation Correction <br /> Item# Description Date <br /> Facility's diagram included in the SPCC plan did not depict the <br /> existing inter facility connection pipes associated with the onsite <br /> above ground petroleum storage.The SPPC plan shall include a <br /> facility diagram which must mark the location and contents of <br /> No facility diagram or did each fixed storage container and the storage area where mobile <br /> not show location and 1/5/2015 or portable containers are located. It must identify the location <br /> Please see Exhibit 1 <br /> 04 contents of containers, of and mark as "exempt" underground tanks. It must also <br /> transfer stations, and pipes include all transfer stations and connecting pipes, including the <br /> intra facility gathering lines. Immediately update the facility <br /> diagram to include all of the require information. Submit a <br /> legible copy of the updated facility diagram to the EHD for <br /> review.This is a class II violation <br /> The SPCC plan failed to describe the secondary containment <br /> provisions for he above ground piping observed at the facility <br /> during the inspection;this piping appears to connect all existing <br /> above ground petroleum storage tanks located adjacent to the <br /> Failed to provide secondary <br /> "paralleling gear building". A facility shall provide appropriate <br /> containment, diversionary <br /> containment and/or diversionary structures or equipment to <br /> 609 structures,or equipment to 1/5/2015 prevent a discharge.The entire containment system, including Please see Exhibit 1 <br /> prevent discharge <br /> walls and floor must be capable of containing oil and must be <br /> M constructed so that any discharge from a primary containment <br /> system will not escape the containment system before cleanup <br /> occurs.
