Weber <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has recently reviewed the analytical results <br /> of the soil and water samples that were taken to investigate the <br /> contamination from underground storage tanks that were closed in <br /> May 1986. <br /> The presence of contaminates indicates further investigation of <br /> this site is warranted. <br /> In addition, PHS/EHD is providing you notification that an <br /> "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak) / <br /> Contaminated Site Report" has been filed pursuant to Section <br /> 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your <br /> facility, San Joaquin County PHS/EHD has been designated by the <br /> State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local <br /> agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST' s.
