Checklist left on site at time of inspection. Inspection <br />report completed on October 21, 2010. <br />Violations: (18, 23, 24) <br />18. Aboveground piping was not included in the facility diagram. The facility diagram must mark the <br />location and contents of each fixed storage container and the storage area where mobile or portable <br />containers are located. It must identify the location of and mark as "exempt" underground tanks. It must <br />also include all transfer stations and connecting pipes, including intra -facility gathering lines. Immediately <br />update the facility diagram to include all of the required information. Submit a copy of the updated facility <br />diagram to the EHD by November 21, 2010. <br />23. The SPCC Plan did not address disposal of spill cleanup materials. The Plan must address methods <br />of disposal of recovered materials. Immediately update the plan to include appropriate methods for <br />disposal of any recovered materials in accordance with applicable legal requirements. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY <br />RAT FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />Inspector: Phone.
