n <br /> CHRONOLO Y <br /> 2449 W KETTLEMAN LANE, LODI <br /> APN: 027-040-30 <br /> LOP SITE CODE: 5033571 <br /> 07/02/98 Three underground.storage tanks (U Ts) were removed from this site <br /> under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD) on this date. The soil sample collected under UST#3 had the <br /> highest level of contamination and there was contamination found in soil <br /> samples collected under some of the areas of removed piping. The sample <br /> beneath UST #3 had concentrations f 4400 ppm TPH-Gas and 34 ppb <br /> MTBE. MTBE at 10 ppm was detected at 4 feet below surface on the <br /> north side of the excavation. Furthe assessment was performed. Soil <br /> samples were collected and analyze from five push point borings on <br /> August 11, 1998. Sixty cubic yards f soil were removed from the UST <br /> #3 area and samples were collected and analyzed. EHD issued a no further <br /> action required (NFAR) letter on November 9, 1998. <br /> 04/27/99 On this date a monitoring well (GM -1) was installed near the former <br /> UST location prior to a property transfer. The groundwater had a gasoline <br /> odor and a Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge.was filed by EHD. <br /> 05/14/99 The groundwater sample results fro GMX-/were positive for gasoline <br /> and BTEX, Case 2 was started and the site was placed in LOP for further <br /> groundwater investigation and cleanup oversight. <br /> 06/09/99 On this date EHD approved a work r Ian prepared by Foothill Engineering <br /> for three additional monitoring wells <br /> 06/25/99 Monitoring wells 2, 3 and 4 were installed this date under EHD permit and <br /> inspection. <br /> 04/20/00 EHD approved the work plan fora oundwater aquifer pump test on this <br /> date. <br /> 10/08/01 Extraction well EX-1 was installed under permit and inspection of EHD. <br /> 01/31/02 Date the groundwater aquifer pump test was completed by ATC. <br /> 06/06/02 Date of the ATC Groundwater Pumping Test Report. <br /> 07/11/02 Date of the Foothill Corrective Actio Plan/Final Remedial Plan (CAP) <br /> containing groundwater pump test information and proposing pump and <br /> treat for the corrective action. <br />
