San Francisco, California 94111 c� ! i" (415) 955-9040 2 18 1 April 1994 Project 1107 07 Ms Brenda Peach McKesson Corporation One Post Street, 28th Floor San Francisco, California 94104-5296 Subject Report Groundwater Analytical Results 4110 Industrial Way Tracy, California Dear Ms Peach This report presents the analytical results for the groundwater monitoring conducted . during the first quarter of 1994 at the monitoring well installed at the McKesson Drug Company Distribution facility at 4110 Industrial Way in Tracy (Figures 1 & 2) This work supplements information presented previously in our reports titled "Groundwater Sampling, 4110 Industrial Way, Tracy, Calnfornia" dated 17 June 1993 and "Monitoring Well Installation, 4110 Industrial Way, Tracy, California" dated 18 November 1993. On 16 March 1994, Treadwell & Rollo, Inc purged and sampled the monitoring well following the methodologies described in greater detail in Attachment A, "Protocol for Groundwater Sampling" A stainless steel bailer was used to purge the well After purging, a groundwater sample was obtained for chemical testing using a factory-cleaned, disposable polyethylene bailer The groundwater sample was decanted into sample containers prepared and provided by a contracted analytical laboratory These samples were labeled, placed into an ice- cooled chest and transported to American Environmental Network (AEN), a California Department of Health Services certified laboratory in Pleasant Hill, California The groundwater sample was analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (EPA 8015 Modified), benzene, toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene (EPA Test Method 8020) A copy of the certified analytical reports for the analyses of this sample and the chain-o£- custody record are attached (Attachment B)
