z> tt
TREADWELL & ROLLO
• Ms Brenda Peach
1 April 1994
Page 2
The analytical results are presented on Table 1 together with the results of the most
recent (10/04/93) previous analyses. No petroleum hydrocarbon related chemical
constituents were detected above analytical method reporting limits in the groundwater
sample collected from well MW-1
As shown on Table 1, the trace levels of diesel reported previously were not detected in
the most recent analyses. The analytical results and the results previously submitted to
the San Joaquin County Public Health Service Agency's (Agency) support our conclusion
that the previously implemented and completed remedial action program, described in
previous submittals to the Agency, have achieved significant success in remediating the
conditions at 4110 Industrial Way
We propose to continue to monitor the existing well on a quarterly basis for the next two
quarters If the quarterly monitoring results are similar to those presented above, we
will request that the site be granted administrative closure
Please call if you have any questions or require further information
Sincerely yours,
TREADWELL & ROLLO, INC
Chnstoph J4 mun s,
Senior Engineer
CRJ PJC•gmc
11070708 PJC
Attachments
cc Jean Mescher, McKesson Corporation
