• Boring H10, advanced in the center of the former excavation for the two removed
gasoline USTs, will have soil samples collected at 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 ' and 55 feet
bgs for analysis.
• Borings B13, advanced to total depth of 55 feet bgs approximately 30 feet south
of proposed boring H12 and cross gradient to the source area, will have soil
samples collected at 5, 15, 30, 40, 45, 50, and 55 feet bgs for analysis. ' .
• Boring B 14,advanced to total depth of 55 feet bgs approximately 45 feet northeast
of monitoring well MW -11, and boring B15, advanced to total depth of 55 feet
bgs approximately 45 feet east/southeast of MW -11, both down gradient of the
source area, willhave soil samples collected at 5, 15, 30, 40, 45, 50„and 55 feet
bgs for analysis.
Groundwater samples will be collected at approximately 50 feet bgs at bore .holes 117,
H8, 119, H10, HIT, H12, H13, H14, and H15 for analysis. Soil and groundwater samples
will be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g); total extractable
petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TEPH-d) and TEPH as motor oil (TEPH-mo);
benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (BTEX); methyl tertiary -butyl ether
(MTBE), ethyl tertiary -butyl ether (ETBE), di -isopropyl ether (DIPE), tertiary amyl -
methyl ether (TAME), tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA), and 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2 -DCA).
Please report results both with and without silica gel cleanup for all samples receiving
silica gel cleanup and report groundwater results for 1,2 -DCA at 0.5 micrograms per liter
(µg/L), if possible.
