<br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is extending the date for
<br />submitting dissolved gasoline and benzene contaminant mass estimates, supported by
<br />calculations, and the fate and transport model for dissolved gasoline and benzene to
<br />November 22, 2004, for the above -referenced site. Curt Fahnestock of Philip
<br />Environmental Services Corporation requested this extension in a telephone conversation
<br />with Vicki McCartney at EHD on November 9, 2004. The mass estimates and fate and
<br />transport models were originally to be submitted to EHD by November 8, 2004. .
<br />By letter dated September 24, 2004, EHD requested data from the June 2004 site
<br />investigation and groundwater -monitoring event be electronically submitted to
<br />Geotracker — the California State Water Resources Control Board database program. To
<br />date, the data have not been entered into GeoTracker. Please provide the electronic
<br />transmission of the laboratory analytical results to GeoTracker immediately.
