Page 2 <br />Ms. Vicki McCartney, REHS <br />May 21, 2004 <br />Collection of groundwater samples from B-1 and B-6 at greater depths than the <br />proposed 60, 70 and 80 feet. <br />Groundwater samples will also be collected at depths of 90 feet and 100 feet, in <br />addition to those previously proposed. <br />Collection of groundwater samples from boring B-3 in the same intervals <br />sampled in B -I and B-6. <br />Groundwater samples will be collected from boring B-3 in the same intervals as <br />B-1 and B-6. <br />Collection ofground_water samples from every well during the next monitoring <br />event. <br />Groundwater samples will be collected from every well during the next <br />monitoring event. A program describing the.number of wells to sample and the <br />monitoring frequency will be subsequently proposed based on site data. <br />Schedule <br />We have scheduled field activities fulfilling the Plan to commence on June 14, <br />2004. Included in this letter are a Well Permit Application Form and the permit <br />fee of $89.00.
