PZ -1 and PZ -2 trend was invalid due to early low numbers
Producing an increasing trend is not valid. They even state percentages of reductions
(trends) in more recent PZ -1 and PZ -2 data. If the reductions are valid, then using the
more recent data thatshows a definite later declining trend could be justified for an
estimate for time to reach WQGs. Even with noise.in the data (small spikes), one could
justify when concentrations would remain below WQGs using the maximum concentrations as
the points for linear regression in a graph. We can discuss this more next month, or
after Nuel has had a chance to .respond to my question. Thanks.
Jim
James L.L.
