• MW-3, located down-gradient and north of the site of the release, had no detectable <br /> levels of petroleum hydrocarbons, similar to prior samplings <br /> • MW-6, located up-gradient from the site of the release, had no detectable levels of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons, similar to prior samplings <br /> • MW-8, Iocated the farthest down-gradient from the site of the release, had no <br /> detectable levels of petroleum hydrocarbons ACG considers this well to be the down- <br /> gradient control well Low levels of petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in this well <br /> in November 1990 following its completion However, subsequent sampling has not <br /> detected any petroleum hydrocarbons in this well <br /> • No lead was detected in any of the five wells during this sampling During prior <br /> samplings, low levels of lead had been detected in only two wells, MW-2 and MW-3 <br /> Subsequent sampling has not detected lead in either of these wells <br /> ANTICIPATED FURTHER ACTIONS <br /> A Final Remediation Plan (FRP) describing the installation and operation of a treatment system will be <br /> submitted As of this letter, a date for beginning preparation of the FRP has not yet been determined <br /> However, it is anticipated that preparation of the FRP should begin within the next several months The <br /> next quarterly groundwater sampling results letter should provide a firm date for the beginning of <br /> preparation of the FRP <br /> ANDERSON <br /> CONSULTING <br /> GROUP <br />
