APP <br />Well Installation and Sampling at California National Guard Field Maintenance Shop <br />• Stockton, California <br />has been accepted by the client and discussed with all affected project personnel. The <br />hazardous work activities for which AHAs have been developed are listed in Table 1. These <br />activities are detailed in the Work Plan and AHAs are included as Appendix B. National Guard Armory Well Installation project activities. <br />Activities performed under this APP/SSHP will comply with applicable sections of the U.S. Army <br />Corps of Engineers' (USACE) Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1, 15 <br />September 08). In addition, select work practices and procedures from OTIE's Corporate Safety <br />and Health Program will be incorporated into this plan by reference. Modifications to the <br />APP/SSHP will be reviewed and approved by OTIE's Project Manager (PM) and Corporate <br />Safety and Health Manager (SHM). <br />The safety and health guidelines in this plan were prepared specifically for this contract and <br />should not be used on other projects. <br />The SSHP for this project site is located in Appendix I of the APP. Amendments to the SSHP <br />will be included as an Appendix to the SSHP. Amendments to the APP will be included as <br />Appendix J. <br />• <br />OTI E <br />
