To take possession of all the books and records <br />2 pertaining to the Property, wherever these records are located, <br />3 provided that as the Receiver deems necessary for the proper <br />4 administration, management and/or control of the estate, the books <br />5 and records shall, upon written notice to all parties and/or their <br />6 attorneys, be made available to the parties as is reasonably <br />7 necessary; <br />8 4. To execute and prepare all documents and to perform <br />9 all acts, either in the name of defendants, or any of them, or in <br />10 the Receiver's own name, which are necessary or essential to <br />11 preserving, protecting, managing and/or controlling the Property <br />12 of the receivership estate; <br />13 5. To take any and all steps, as may be necessary, to <br />14 receive, collect and review all mail addressed to defendants at <br />15 the Property, including instructing the U.S. Postmaster to re - <br />16 route, hold, and/or release said mail to said Receiver, and to <br />17 remove from such mail all checks payable to defendants as lease or <br />18 rental.payments on the Property, provided that mail reviewed by <br />19 the Receiver in the performance of his duties will promptly be <br />20 made available to defendants after review by the Receiver; <br />21 6. To employ agents, servants, employees, guards, <br />22 clerks, accountants, management consultants to administer the <br />23 receivership estate and to collect said rents, manage the Property <br />24 and keep the same insured and in good repair, if the Receiver <br />25 shall deem the same necessary, and to pay the reasonable value of <br />26 said services from the rent received; <br />TOBIN & TOBIN <br />A Prol4aaional Corporation <br />500 Sanwm4 Sum.
