OR/28/1999 10:22 209-835-4757 PQSTNET P45E 04/19 <br />The on site health and safety officer is responsible to oversee the <br />safety of the project, It is the SSO responsibility to oversee the safety of the <br />workers. It is the responsibility of the contractor to assure that the work is <br />being done within the law that is setforth in the California State building <br />codes. The C.L Bryant representative is to over see the welfare of the tanks. <br />The factory technicians will be on site to measure and over see the install of <br />the tanks for warranty purposes. <br />5.0 Job Hazard Analysis <br />5. .1 Physical Hazards <br />The major physical hazards on site are expected to be <br />a. Mechanical hazards <br />b. Moving equipment <br />c. Ruff terrain <br />d. Electrical shock <br />e_ Fatigue and heat exhaustion <br />All personal that will be working on site will be at risk. Extra <br />precautions will be made to all workers from injury during the course <br />of the job. All employees on site must check in with SSO. They will <br />be made aware of the risk that surrounds the job, and be shown how to <br />prevent personnel injury. <br />5.2 Mechanical Hazards <br />The equipment that will be being used will be as follows <br />a. .Excavator <br />b.
