06/28/1999 10:22 209-835-4757 POSTNET PAGE 03/19
2.0 site. background
Larry Shepherd Safety director of C.L BRYANT INC. has developed
this SITE SAFETY AND WORD. PLAN in response to remove and replace
the UST at 574 West Grantline Road Tracy, C.A. The county of San Joaquin
Department of Environmental. Health says that the tanks are unsuitable to be
in the ground. This tank needs extracted and replaced, as necessary, to bring
up to standards.
3.0 scope of operations
The work that is to be performed at 574 West Grantline road, Tracy, Ca, is
to remove the 15k -gallon tank and replace it with a new tank that meets the
same requirements as the initial site plans. The second part to the project is
to remove the pea gravel from around the IOk-gallon tank. Then un -strap the
tank from the deadmen and recheck the tank for round. If this is
unsuccessful the next step is to lift the tank up out of the hole. At this point
the factory technician will remeasure the tank for round. If the tank is still
unable to allow it self to go back to round the warranty is void on the tank.
The tank will need to be replaced with a tank that meets all the requirements
of the original site work plan. The plumbing will be replaced by certified
tech. (certificates included in this packet) upon a plumbing inspection by the
county the installation is complete. The next step will be to back fill the pea
gravel and pour concrete to top the tanks. Meeting the requirements of the
original site work plans.
4.0 Key personal and Responsibilities
D &.
