Under dispenser containment 3/4 was found to be repaired with Tremco Parasealant for leaks <br />during secondary containment on 12/06/10 under SR0060720, which is not compatible with the UST <br />system. Tremco does not recommend use of this sealant with gasoline on secondary containment <br />repairs. Owners and operators must use an approved repair method made of or lined with materials that <br />are compatible with the substance stored in the UST system. Immediately remove the Tremco <br />Parasealant entirely and have UDC 3/4 repaired with product approved by Underwriters Laboratories <br />(UL) and with consent of EHD prior to repairing. Secondary containment for UDC 3/4 must be re -tested <br />under the inspection of EHD. Submit a 48 hour test notification to EHD. <br />Submit to SJC EHD within 30 days (01/17/10): <br />1. one copy of the completed "Return to Compliance Certification" form <br />2. a written corrective action statement for the above violations <br />3. supporting or requested documents <br />Notes: <br />- provided facility a copy of approved Monitoring Plan <br />- 6 month re -testing of secondary containment testing for newly installed piping by 06/2011 for <br />SR0060720.
