Grant Line Rd., Tracy <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to replace the 87 and 91 primary piping with double walled flex <br />piping on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit <br />has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br />b. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br />there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br />method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br />c. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on 87 and 91 STP sumps and all UDCs. <br />d. Secondary containment testing on 87 and 91 piping. <br />
