This report supersedes the "Checklist Only" report left on site on 10/20/2011. The following <br /> are Class II (Repeat) Violations: 301, 404, 605, and the following are Minor- Notice to Comply: 101, <br /> 108, 125, 126, 128, 407, 701, 804, 808, 809, 812 <br /> 101. This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, <br /> dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br /> * Immediately contact DTSC reactivate your EPA ID number, and provide it to the EHD by 11/27/2011. <br /> 108. Observed the following wastes which also require hazardous waste determination. <br /> -- Nine 55-gallon drums of metal fines from the exterior bag-house of the willabrator (two drums still <br /> attached to baghouse). Generator stated metal fines from the bag-house had been sent to Allied Waste <br /> without first determining particle size or hazardous properties to date. <br /> -- Paint filters. Generator stated waste paint filters had been disposed as trash in the past. <br /> -- Two 55-gallon open drums of paint waste in the paint waste bin outside the northeast corner of <br /> the two paint booths, and one 5-gallon bucket of greenish paint waste between the two paint booths. <br /> -- Paint dusts on the floor of the paint booths. <br /> -- Sandblast wastes on the ground around the exterior sandblaster unit. <br /> -- Absorbents in two trash cans in the Machine Shop and the Fab Shop. <br /> -- Metal shavings in one trash can in Machine Shop. (Corrected on site.) <br /> (Violation #108 continues on page 5) <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector Received By.
