Anderson St., Stockton <br />Program: 2220 <br />SUY O <br />CLASS I, , o INOR-Notice to Co <br />This report supersedes the "Checklist Only" report left on site on 10/20/2011. <br />NOTES (The following are not violations) <br />The facility generated approximately 2.6975 tons of hazardous waste in 2010. Please be aware this <br />number may not be completely accurate since it is based on only one consolidated hazardous waste <br />manifest for used oil in 2010, and the same manifest did not include the volume of waste from the 3 - <br />stage oil water separator for the truck wash. <br />609,610,611. Observed one oil filter in the process of being drained, but did not observe any container <br />for used oil filters. Please be aware that used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, <br />labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Facilities that generate <br />up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. <br />A copy of CUPA class schedule, blank hazardous waste labels, hazardous waste labeling factsheet, and <br />San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste Disposal Program pamphlet, have been <br />provided to generator during this inspection. <br />Submit the following to EHD by: 10/17/2011 <br />1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification (please keep original for <br />your records). <br />2) A written statement how each violation was corrected <br />3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Inspector: <br />Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 <br />Received By: <br />3 Ma 1 <br />Title: <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07/12/11 ' / 0 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
