Acacia St., Stockton CA for disposal without first preparing a <br /> uniform hazardous waste manifest. A generator shall prepare a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest on EPA Form <br /> 8700-22 prior to the transport of a hazardous waste for off-site transfer, treatment, storage or disposal. Ensure that a <br /> manifest is prepared each time hazardous waste is transported for off site transfer, treatment, storage or disposal. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 203 HSC 25189.5(c) Transported or caused transportation of hazardous waste to an unauthorized point. <br /> Hazardous waste was transported for storage and ultimate disposal to 525 W. Acacia St., Stockton from this address. <br /> 525 W. Acacia St., Stockton CA is not a permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, and/or disposal facility <br /> (TSDF). Hazardous waste shall be disposed of only by transportation to a permitted TSDF. Immediately cease <br /> transportation and disposal of hazardous waste at an un-permitted facility and ensure that all future hazardous waste <br /> is hauled by a licensed hazardous waste transporter to a permitted TSDF. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> The hazardous waste stain that is generated at this facility is stored in secondary containment in a sink. At 1 sink <br /> there was staining in and on the sink outside of the secondary containment. Facilities shall be maintained and <br /> operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water <br /> which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean the sink , and manage according to Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was <br /> managed and measures that will be implemented to prevent the disposal of hazardous waste to the sink and down <br /> the drain. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> The secondary containment(spill control equipment) had hazardous waste stain stored in it . All facility <br /> communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br /> emergency.
