All hazardous <br /> waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these <br /> containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 602 CCR 66262.34(e)(1)(B) Stored satellite accumulated waste on site longer than one year or 180 days after fill date. <br /> Satellite accumulation containers are not being marked with the fill date. It can not be demonstrated how long the <br /> hazardous waste has been on. Satellite accumulated waste shall not be stored on site for more than 180 days after <br /> the container was filled, or a total of one year, whichever comes first. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 604 CCR 66262.34(e)(3) Failed to mark satellite containers with date filled within three days. <br /> All satellite containers are not being marked with the date it was filled. Within three days of container fill date, the <br /> container shall be marked with the date it was filled and moved to the hazardous waste storage area. Immediately <br /> mark the date the container was filled and move it to the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Satellite containers are not being marked with complete information . All hazardous waste containers shall be marked <br /> with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Please see attached photos for more information. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine inspection conducted March 31, 2015.
