All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with <br /> the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 712 CCR 66273.34 Failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal waste. <br /> A shrink wrapped box of lamps located next to the waste area appeared to be broken and did not have the required <br /> label for universal waste. Universal waste lamps shall be marked with the words "Universal Waste- Lamps". <br /> Immediately label these wastes and ensure that all universal wastes are labeled with the required information. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 713 CCR 66273.35 Stored UW onsite greater than one year or was unable to demonstrate the time UW has been <br /> stored. <br /> A shrink wrapped box of lamps appeared to be broken, were located next to the waste area and did not have <br /> accumulation start date. Disposal records for similar waste could not be located. Universal waste may be <br /> accumulated for no longer than one year from the date the universal waste was generated. The universal waste <br /> handler shall be able to demonstrate the length of time that the universal waste has been accumulated. Since it <br /> could not be demonstrated how long this waste was stored on site, immediately dispose of this waste and submit a <br /> copy of the disposal receipt to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 5, 2018. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
