Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this <br /> section. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 501 CCR 66265.192(a) Failed to comply with new hazardous waste tank system assessment requirements. <br /> Facility does not have a tank assessment for the 2000 gallon used oil and 2000 gallon used antifreeze tanks. The <br /> owner or operator of a hazardous waste tank shall obtain a written assessment reviewed and certified by an <br /> independent, qualified, professional engineer, registered in California attesting that the system has sufficient structural <br /> integrity, is acceptable for the transferring, storing, and treating of hazardous waste, and that the tanks and <br /> containment system are suitably designed. Immediately have an assessment prepared for the 2000 gallon used oil <br /> and 2000 gallon used antifreeze tanks. Submit a schedule showing when this will be accomplished to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(a) Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> A black 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste solids in the compressor room had a start accumulation date of 1-2-16 <br /> Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days. <br /> Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br /> the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br />
