X20 E Alpine Ave, Stockton <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> CCR 66261.7(f) Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> Seven empty drums on the east side of the facility not managed within a year: <br /> -Two totes that used to contain Phosphoric Acid PH Adjuster with an empty date of 3-20-15 <br /> -A tote that used to contain Bio Fresh & Clean with an empty date of 2-15-15 <br /> -Two totes that used to contain Track Tech AM had an empty date of 3-20-15 <br /> -Two totes that used to contain SP Base 50 had an empty date of 4-15-15 <br /> Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were <br /> emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this <br /> section. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 501 CCR 66265.192(a) Failed to comply with new hazardous waste tank system assessment requirements. <br /> Facility does not have a tank assessment for the 2000 gallon used oil and 2000 gallon used antifreeze tanks. The <br /> owner or operator of a hazardous waste tank shall obtain a written assessment reviewed and certified by an <br /> independent, qualified, professional engineer, registered in California attesting that the system has sufficient structural <br /> integrity, is acceptable for the transferring, storing, and treating of hazardous waste, and that the tanks and <br /> containment system are suitably designed. Immediately have an assessment prepared for the 2000 gallon used oil <br /> and 2000 gallon used antifreeze tanks. Submit a schedule showing when this will be accomplished to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(a) Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> A black 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste solids in the compressor room had a start accumulation date of 1-2-16 <br /> Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days. <br /> Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br /> the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br />
