QUALIFICATIONS,EDUCATION&EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Valid California drivers' license. • 4+years experience in supervision of 10+people. • H.S. education(or GED). ORGANIZATIONAL (AND OUTSIDE)RELATIONSHIPS: • Interface with Cleaning Contractors. • Interface with Equipment Contractors/Manufacturers. • Interface with Union Pacific Management. • Interface with departments of ACE. WORK ENVIRONMENT: • While performing the duties of this job,the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, and is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high,precarious places and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles,toxic or caustic chemicals, and risks of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. • Open staff office space and conference room with constant activity and interaction with other departments.Must be able to effectively change tasks at a moment's notice when the situation requires.
