0 <br />Emergency Response <br />Sims Metal Management June 2010 <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />1.0 Purpose <br />The purpose of this Emergency and Contingency Plan is to provide guidance in the <br />event of an emergency. The Sims Metal Management NW "Emergency Coordinator" will <br />be the crew leader (SHEC Coordinator, Facility Manager) on site when the incident <br />occurs. Sims Metal Management NW's Emergency Response Plan is designed to give <br />general guidelines and these guidelines should only be deviated from if following the <br />letter of the plan would cause further harm or injury to Sims Metal Management NW <br />personnel, client personnel, or any member of the general public. Further, it is the crew leader's responsibility to learn what local <br />and state agencies having jurisdiction are to be contacted in the event of an emergency <br />
