Corrective Action: Had 5 Gallon bucket supplied from Ramos Environmental designed for metal <br /> shaving brought in to fill and have removed by Ramos Environmental when filled.See pic# 1 <br /> 7. Violation: Coolant waste in two containers and unknown 55 gallon drum with an incomplete <br /> hazardous waste label in the 17 Aurora building <br /> Corrective Action: This will be picked up and disposed of by Ramos Environmental as waste. <br /> Two containers poured into 55 gallon drum. See manifest 009549203 jjk <br /> Violation 301 <br /> 1. Violation: Observed oil from air compressor on the floor,two hoses attached to air <br /> compressor ended at a sewer drain,evidence of ink splatters in wash sink plumbed to the <br /> sewer, and oily waste rags under the adhesive heating unit and oily spill under the air <br /> compressor in the 17 Aurora building. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to <br /> minimize the possibility of a fire,explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, ore <br /> surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately <br /> manage according to title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> Corrective Action: Oil water separator installed on compressor lines to collect oil from <br /> compressor line. Oil cleaned under compressor in 17 Aurora Building,and leak repaired. <br /> Rags removed from under adhesive heater and adhesive cleaned. Sink with ink stains will be <br /> cleaned so there are no longer stains, if this cannot be done we will remove the sink all <br /> together from that location. See pic#2 oil water filter for compressor. See pic Drum loader <br /> , rags under adhesive heating unit where cleaned up,the rags had adhesive on them , there <br /> was no oil leaking. See 17 Aurora St compressor photo for cleaned location. <br /> Violation 804, 807, 808 <br /> 1. Violation: Unable to determine the length of storage of two universal waste Crts at the <br /> referenced facility,and one fluorescent lamp not stored in a container in 17 Aurora Building, <br /> Universal wastes, including aerosol cans, lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing <br /> switches,crt,electronic devices,etc. shall be stored in a closed container that prevents <br /> breakage and release to the environment, labeled to identify the type of universal waste, <br /> demonstrate the initial date of accumulation, managed within one year of storage, and <br /> retained copy of the disposal receipt for at least 3 years on site. Immediately dispose of the <br /> above universal waste-lamps and submit a copy of the disposal receipt to EHD. <br /> Corrective Action: The two crt monitors taken in. See file named crt receipt. See picture <br /> of boxes for the lamps,when box full will keep receipts and have picked up. Unique <br /> container code 5s50019t-1u65217v. Ordered aerosol can recycling box from allied waste for <br /> any cans. <br />
