All containers of hazardous waste must be labeled at all times with the <br /> following information: word "hazardous waste," generator name and address, contents, physical state, <br /> hazardous properties and accumulation start date. Immediately label all containers of hazardous waste <br /> accordingly. <br /> Dealership Action: All buckets, drums or other containers have been labeled accordingly. Please see <br /> Attachment A,Item#20. <br /> 21 At the time of inspection, the same containers noted above were open. All containers of hazardous <br /> waste must be closed unless actively adding/removing hazardous waste. Immediately cover and or close <br /> all containers of hazardous waste unless actively adding/removing waste. <br /> Dealership Action: All container lids have been located and are now covered except during active <br /> filling. <br /> 12/29/2008 <br />
