Please see Attachment A,Item#33. <br /> 40 At the time of inspection, emergency coordinator information posted was insufficient. Emergency <br /> coordinator information must include the name of the emergency coordinator and one alternate along with <br /> 2/phone numbers each. It should also include the location of fire extinguishers, spill containment and the <br /> number of the fire department. This information must be posted near an emergency use telephone. <br /> Immediately post this information near emergency use telephone. Form provided. <br /> Dealership Action: The form provided was completed and is now posted near the emergency phone. <br /> As demonstrated Tracy VW with our assistance has done their due diligence in setting up systems to <br /> ensure the above items are not repeated.
