Correct by <br /> 07/01/09. Class II Violation <br /> #89. CCR, section 66261.7 (f) — An empty HW or Haz Mat container (larger than 5 <br /> gallons) was not marked with the date it was emptied/not managed within one year of <br /> being emptied. <br /> (41) Empty contaminated 55-gallon containers and (40) Empty contaminated bulk <br /> containers were found onsite and were not marked with the date they became empty. <br /> Either provide a copy of a receipt for proper disposal or documentation that the <br /> containers have been labeled properly. Correct by 07101/09.
