The intent of this agreement is to provide <br />reasonable and customary care in the unlikely event of a hazardous waste <br />emergency at the following PG&E facilitles located within your vicinity or jurisdiction: <br />• Lathrop Dehydrator Station • McDonald Island Compressor Sta. <br />• Vemalls Dehydrator Station • Tracy Maintenance Service Center <br />In support of this agreement, PG&E offers to famUlarize the Tracy Community <br />Hospital with the layout of the facility, the properties and hazards posed by the <br />wastes generated at the facility, places where facility personnel would normally be <br />worsting, access and egress routes and possible evacuation routes, Much of the <br />technical information may be found in the facilitles'- Hazardous Materials Business <br />Plan (HMBP) which is included for your reference. A tour of each facility covered by <br />this agreement is available upon request. , <br />To facilitate this process, an agreement form has been included along with a self- <br />addressed stamped envelope.
