Charter Way, #D, Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS II or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Complaint Hazardous Waste Inspection Report- C00032682 <br /> The EHD received a complaint that this business will be closing and might be leaving hazardous waste <br /> stored on site behind. Upon speaking with the owner, Mr. Andrew Salmeron Sr., the business filed for <br /> bankruptcy on August 27, 2010 and he does not have any money left to dispose of the hazardous waste <br /> being stored on site. <br /> Report of Violations <br /> 7. The following containers must have a hazardous waste determination made per section 66262.11, <br /> CCR: (1) 55-gallon container of unknown contents located outside the main shop in the north west <br /> corner, several containers of paint located inside the hazardous waste storage trailer, (1) bag of used <br /> paint booth filters located in the hazardous waste storage trailer, (9) 5-gallon containers of unknown <br /> contents located in the paint shop against the south wall, (2) 55-gallon containers with unknown liquid <br /> located in the paint booth, used paint booth filters still installed on the booth, (2) 5-gallon containers of <br /> unknown contents located outside the paint shop. Provide supporting documentation for how this <br /> violation will be corrected by October 29, 2010. Repeat violation. Class I I violation. <br /> 20. (1) 55-gallon container of waste oil located in the hazardous waste storage trailer is missing the <br /> name and address of the facility, accumulation start date, physical state and hazardous properties, (1) <br /> 55-gallon container of used floor sweep located in the hazardous waste storage trailer was not labeled <br /> with the physical state, (1) 55-gallon container of used paint booth filters located in the hazardous waste <br /> storage trailer was not labeled with the physical state, (1) 55-gallon container of used oil filters located in <br /> the paint shop is missing the physical state, (1) 30-gallon container of waste paint located in the paint <br /> shop was not labeled at all. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br /> information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the <br /> manifest to the EHD by October 29, 2010. Repeat violation.
